Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled meeting any time, but please be kind and cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance so that we might offer the appointment to another client. Of course, emergencies happen, and in those cases, feel free to cancel at a moment's notice. Our service fee is due upon booking, be aware that cancellations that may require a refund will be considered based on service rendered. If you cancel the service before work starts, you will receive a refund. However, if you cancel service after we have performed any work on your account, there will be no refund.
